Hi and welcome Mr Sagman,
Congratulations on your purchase. I got mine about 2 years ago and it had some stuff to do as well: - Repair the interior mirror - Change the center console around the SMG lever - New door sills - Refurbish the wheels - New carbon door panel as one was cracked - New steering wheel - Finding OEM bucket seats as it came with some OEM BMW "sport" seats - Rear console - Floor mats - Some minor painting touches - the car had some hail at one time and it had been badly repainted by some morons - Next, I will probably have the preventive foam injections on the subframe Quote:
I confess that they look a bit fragile, but I'v never had a problem on the Autobahn. I check them when I go out of the car though. Kind regards, Alex

csl
Welcome Sagman
Your OCD is normal and comes with csl ownership! Good luck with refurbing on a budget.....non oem parts that are up to the job are short on availability. That said there's plenty of minor ancils for wheels, emblems etc on ebay and the like that are more than acceptable as replacements. Modding will be an itch than presents itself in the future.....especially after a few meets with forum members.....there are some lovely csl's on the register that have been modded to a very high spec...... |

Welcome along, and congrats on the purchase
Like others, I've had the rear subframe strengthened and the mirror gel replaced as preventative measures |
