Thanks for the link, I had mine in bits today "because I can" wished I knew about this site earlier ...even if looking in a 'manual' is a sign of weakness in the male fraternity
I also 'obtained' the TIS manual whilst away from my home IP address which is rather useful too... if not very easy to use!

Mine hit the limiter at an accurately measured (timing beams) 162mph at Bruntingthorpe. So you won't be going any faster in a CSL unless your car is derestricted or you fit REALLY BIG wheels !

Had mine off the clock on a very long air field near me , there are some clips on you tube of e46 m3s speedos with different diff ratios in, anybody know what the CSL ratio is

That's a respectable speed! I only managed a 167 best in a 997 GTS (408hp power kit) at Brunty.
