My table had at least 20 on it with the Irish lads on the end,Yantos table was about 12,so that's 32 before you start counting the smaller tables.

This is dissapointing Shimmy, if there are people who didn't square the hotel up with regards to the meal then at least they should man up and tidy the whole thing up with yourself mate.

I know we did, for sure it was on the invoice.

Otherwise, like others think, I'm sure the hotel are trying to pull a fast one.

You could do it two ways mate, pay it there and then to the waiter or put it on your room. We opted for the latter, and it appeared on the invoice.

I saw the waiters going round, asking everyone, so what is the hotel saying?

Do they know how many people attended? It should be relatively easy to work out from the rooms we booked?

Or is it because we wanted more steak!!!!

That is disappointing. However German payment systems sometimes difficult to understand, so doubt it will be a deliberate attempt to have a free dinner.

Once the dust has settled and you are still short, perhaps we can all contribute to make up the shortfall.
