It varies a bit, depending where it goes. Some failures can be more subtle than others. When mine let go the main thing I noticed was the noise, because the broken (single coil) was still in there and rattling like a shopping trolley. If can also feel quite obvious as you'll have different rate either side.

The car sits a little lower on one side.
Als the steering might pull to one side in a way when hard on the power! Just whip the rear wheels off and take a quick look!

Well I was on the track sat and sun and the CSL felt ok.
It was when i had the wheels off, doing brakes, Gaz seen the broken spring.
They are not old i have had 2 replaced already.

I suspect one side on mine as it does feel funny under hard acceleration, will take the wheel of this week and have a look

^ That could be your RTABs aswell mate. Does the car feel squirmish under hard accel. like its rear wheel steer?

yes, it almost feels like torque steer but on a RWD car

Thats it. Your bushes could be fine, there just alot of movement in the rear arms. Thats why alot of the lads go for limiter kits or poly bushes.

Might see if the dealers will replace my bushes and if it is still the same then fit a limiter kit.

It will be the same with another set of standard bushes! Go for the limiter kit!
