i only found out lkast week it is nothing to do with the grooves in the face of the discs BUT the viens in the centre of the two discs and the cooling!!!!

pf rear disks? where did u buy em from? how much? are they cross drilled?

for Rear PF disks, they are dimpled (not fully drilled) or grooved, you choose

I was told they don't do a PF rear disc

I've got them on, ask for E46 M3 rears - 328mm disks, same as the CSL, direct replacement, only the front disks are bigger on the CSL
and the PF rear disks, as far as I know, are the only 2 piece rotors available.

pics when new, front and rear, I may go for grooved when I replace them, only to see what the difference is as they have been outstanding disks

1st pic is the rear, I will check the box but I'm sure I will have taken the pic on the box it came in. There will be 2 part numbers as they do left and right and I would imagine the grooved are different again, speak to the guys a coordsport.
