No probs Matt - it wasn't that bad and could have been worse

Remember - Goodyear are 3 and NOT 4 lap solutions in the dry

Dunlop semi slicks are the only dry weather solutions

Great to meet all of you guys. As said, what a bloody epic weekend!!!! Saturday night was seriously messy. Too much beer, wine, dodgy nightclub but a right laugh. Once my headache had cleared on Saturday morning the general vibe around the Ring was fantastic. Petrolhead nirvana and everyone so friendly. I was crap around the Ring and didn't really enjoy it as I was just too wary after all the stories and incidents. Managed to get a couple of passenger laps in a 996GT3RS and a CSL with a couple of guys from Pure GT who were pretty quick which was awesome.

The convoy to SPA was rather interesting to say the least, especially having to lead the pack and not getting my Tom Tom right. Had Terry in his 996 GT3 Manthey and Woppum in his 997 GT3RS all over my backside. SPA was a bit of a mixed bag for me. Didn't feel confident while the track was wet so first couple of times out I was a bit of a pussy but the last 2 sessions out were much better and when the track was dry I was starting to get to grips with it. What a fantastic place though, the scenery, the aura of the track. I can now always say I have driven the SPA circuit. I then went out with Terryb for a few laps. That GT3 really does motor. We had a brilliant dice with a std black 996 GT3 in front of us. Terry was clearly faster but this guy was on it and was not going to let him past. So, we dived down the inside of him after start finish but ended up overshooting and he was back in front again. Was a right giggle.

Left the track at 4.15pm just as the rain started again and hit the Eurotunnel at 7.30pm but earliest train was 21.06. Ended up seeing a few of you guys turn up at around 8.30, Yanto and a few others. Got home at 10.30pm and am pretty shattered at work today.

Excellent weekend guys, a real unforgettable experience.

Good Job you had Sabine's Sister, if it had been Vettel's she
would have pushed you off the table.

Should've seen the twat at the Eurotunnel. Biq queue to get through passport control and he jumps the queue leaving the car park with no regard for anyone else. Someone should've jumped out and smashed the other side of his front end. Total cock.
