I've got 10mm all round on mine and i didn't really feel much difference on the road but the car does look much more aggressive

I haven't had any wheel arch rubbing with the 10mm spacers. I bought mine from Thorney, not sure what make they are |

Eibachs are the ones to go for, pretty reasonable on price and they need to be hubcentric ones. My mates got a set of 8mm ones which I'm going to stick on my fronts when I get home. Along with 'Standard' 19" M3 wheels and gubbed cups!

Noob question:
Can you easily remove the spacers when removing a wheel, or do they tend to 'heat weld' themselves to the hub therefore being a bugger to get off? I would consider getting them for track but wouldn't want them on all the time for the stress issues over high road mileages.
