In Italy its a "possession" tax, this means it has to be paid if you use it or not!! its paid only yearly and even if your sorn the car..... if you could sorn the car as in the UK I would not sell the car. Taxes here are increasing daily to make up for the huge public debt!! <@Italy!

I seen my old car for sale again, looks like it's hardly done any miles since I sold it, only car I've ever sold and seriously considered buying back again, amazing!.
