Nice, but I'll be sticking with cesil.
Might call in and check out price & options. Would love to be able to get rid of the screen in the middle of the dash. |

Limited numbers or not..?

Given it's price point, (£10k inside M3/M4) suspect it will be quite sought after. Certainly Park lane reckon it'll be a full production car. Separately Sytner BMW told me they had heard 500 were earmarked for UK delivery "in 2016" but that they had no indication it would be a fixed run car. |

M2 colours
Sytner BMW actually spec'd a car up for me on their showroom configurator, like the 1M it's only available in 3 colours, this time: Black/ Grey/ Long Beach Blue (in all the launch material).
What paint colours do folks like? If you want to go loud; I actually prefer the Valencia Orange of the 1M versus the Long Beach Blue of the M2. According to the dealer I spoke with the M2 leather is apparently only available in black with the blue stitching as seen in launch material, regardless of which exterior paint you go for... Which sounded a bit odd to me... Especially if this is not set to be a limited run car.. |

Hi Stumpy, The dealers I spoke to wouldn't comment (and to be fair probably didn't know). It's all rumour at present- but great gossip to follow nonetheless (paying homage to E46 CSL in the process
Here are some speculative links that make for a good read: http://www.lancastermiltonkeynesbmw....rrive-in-2016/ "Many people claim that the previous CSL, the E46 M3 version, was possibly the best sports car the Bavarians have ever made. It was an unabashed, hardcore sports car with no luxuries to muddy the experience. If BMW can capture that same magic that the previous CSL had in the newest one, BMW might even out-Porsche’s GT4." http://www.bmwblog.com/2015/03/23/bm...e-porsche-gt4/ |
