It was good to put faces to some of you on here, although i still cant remember all your names: LOL

I thought you guys had booked and paid for the garage? I felt cheeky changing wheels and storing some stuff in there, and i parked outside cos i didn't want to take the piss.

I'm booked for Oulton on Tuesday 2 November, anyone else goin?

My first time at Silverstone and i found it to be pants in the wet as it was v.slippy. Dry was a different story and there's some nice fast sections that you fly through on Cups!

Good to meet some of the 'regulars' as well as some new faces and the old E9 CSL was lovely too

Oh, and i scrounged a pax lap in a white Nissan GT-R. All i can say is FOOK ME!

Will post a few pics up tomorrow (later today!)
Slippy, it was like driving on ice on some parts of the circuit hence my cross country excursion.
After lunch when it dried out, cups on totally loved the circuit, the grip levels were amazing.

Were you in with Chris (GTR) when he ran out of track coming onto the main straight.

You could have had 10 raffle tickets instead, Nick would have loved you for that Sorry Nick

Cheers for putting us up Dunc, and the borrow of one of your wheels.

Really made the day worthwhile with cups in the afternoon, pity you couldn't overtake in the corners.

Great to see everyone, I'm back at work today after 3 Days at the Ring 2 Days at Spa and finish with Silverstone yesterday. Suprisingly work seems rather dull

Novice badges very handy for next time Nick

FFS old man - It was a tenner per garage so Nick did alright from us all as both Brett and I (+ s.mac) paid a tenner each in addition to you

Yes mate, it was very rapid as i expected but the thing that impressed me most was the way in which you could throw such a heavy car into corners with total abandon - it just hunkers down, grips, and fires it's way out the other side! It ate most things in it's path with ease including M3s, CSLs and an RS4. Incredible!

It is a strange feeling, because when driving you are aware of its size and weight but it does not affect it, ive had some good slides exiting roundabouts. The thing loves it. Might venture mine out on track in november.

Are you up for 30th of this month @ oulton Rob?

I could bring the tyres along, free delivery
