Unhappy Air bag light

Had issue with air bag light on a few weeks ago. Took car in for inspection 2 and bmw reset the air bag light. It's now back on anyone else had this issue?

I had this after I had removed the seat and also after I'd used the harness which goes under seat. It turned out to be an easy wiring faukt on the connector under the seat. if you have been fanning about under there get it checked

No not touch the seat. They did say it's connected under there. Will just book it in with bmw see what that say. Cheers for help anyway.

Could be a number of things but more than likely the occupancy sensor Lawsy mentioned to Matt in another post earlier this week. If you reset it, and it goes away but comes back but chances are there's a genuine fault. Could also be the seat belt pre-tensioner, best get the code read and replace the part. Warranty?

Yea it's got bmw warranty on it. Will that fall under it?
