AlexK has kindly offered his time to take a look and comment so far, we'll see what happens wrt feedback...

Outnumbered - I've pm'd you, I need your email address to share the dropbox which contains the (Lite)download...

I think the best and easiest approach for distribution will probably be a download from my Dropbox (all I would need is your email - I share, you download.

Anyone uncomfortable with that for whatever reason and I'll need to look at DVD's and postage again...

I'm uploading a final copy to my dropbox now, should be about an hour it's a 3.4Gb zip file that you can download and unzip anywhere you like, open the index.html file in the root folder, any problems let me know...
