Default Sam Tate

For any of the older guys on here.

I?m very sad to say, that Sam Tate passed away on the 18th of November at Brighton Hospital with his wife by his side.

The funeral is at downs crematorium, Brighton. On Tuesday 6th dec. at 10am with drinks afterwards at Brighton music hall.

I?m not sure Sam was ever a member here, but he came with us to the ring for the anniversary trip, with his well known white Schirmer built M3. He was the life and soul of any night out, and absolutely loved the Nurburgring, taking numerous people out in the best prepared car I?ve ever been in.

He?s left a big hole in many peoples lives, and I for one will miss him dearly.

RIP Sam Tate

Sad news indeed Jim.
I enjoyed quite a few beers with him over the years out there.

RIP Sam and I'm sure wherever you are you will be mixing it up big time

So sad, such a nice guy, thinking of his family in these times.

Had a few good chats with Sam, very sorry to hear this.

He took a passenger lap with me around Spa back in the day after I tricked him with some challenge from a fictitious M3 Cutters member iirc. He took it well.
