Hi Nz_M3, I saw your post on how to check clutch and flywheel values in GT1. I've gone through those steps and my clutch and flywheel passed with very similar stats to yours. I have no issues shifting gears at all but do have an issue where my car often shudders/stutters like it's slipping when pulling away from a stop in 1sr gear. It's especially bad when other passengers are in the car or when going up hill.

I've ran the clutch slip point teach in in GT1 a bunch of times both hot, cold, and very hot with no success. I've also "teached in clutch valve values" which also didn't fix it.

Have you ever experienced these symptoms? Any other tips? I guess I'm going to keep adding my adaptation steps (like gearbox adaptation, longitudinal teach in, and maybe reset clutch curve characteristics) but am just nervous running extra tests and adaptations because I've read it can fail. Any other tips?

Really appreciate the advice!

Your fly wheel (and clutch) needs replacing. The issue is your dual mass flywheel is spring loaded and it is meant to have a set number of degrees twist left and right, but yours is over extending one way.

When you do the flywheel you have to do the clutch pressure plate and clutch plate at the same time. There is no other way of fixing the issue.
