Default air box intake

Hi guys just bought a csl down under. Checked to see if it has the air filter upgrade today. Noticed it does not have the rubber pipe from the smaller trumpet intake which draws the air before flap opens. I only saw on pics that there was such a thing. Should I get one?

I would if i was you it will stop any water or dust from getting in to the filter

That tube is slipped onto another tube that's attached to the chassis rail and it sometimes comes off the airbox as it's just sort of slipped on there without any ties or clips. Check your car first that it is indeed missing as it's a bloody expensive plastic tube to purchase
