Default Main dealer in sussex/kent for servicing?

Hi all

My CSL will be due a service soon and i'm after suggestions of a decent dealer to use in the sussex/kent region?

I'm also about to restart the genuine warranty as the aftermarket one supplied when I purchased the car is coming to an end..... So i'm looking for suggestions of a decent dealer for the serviceing but that is also going to be reasonably helpful when it comes to warranty work should anything need doing in the future?

The 2 dealers nearest to me are Chandlers (Hailsham) and Coopers (Tunbridge Wells).
The one and only time i've been to Chandlers I dealt with a pretty unhelpful salesman so i'm not that keen to go back there unless others have had a good experience with their service dept?
I've been to Coopers a few times (when looking to buy a car) and was always treated well, but have never dealt with their service department.

Any suggestions would be great as I keen to find somwhere I can trust with the CSL

Thanks, jph

Hi Karbonkid,

I've heard good things about Munich Legends from a colleage who has them look after his E30 M3 but i'm after a main dealer so i'm covered for warranty work too.

Anyone else got any suggestions?

I don't want to end up handing my CSL over to any muppets!!

Rather than recommendations, has anyone ever has a bad experience with either Coopers of Tunbridge Wells or Chandlers of Hailsham??

Cheers

I've had dealings with all 3 Chandlers (Hailsham, Brighton and Eastbourne) and have only had good experiences with them. It was a few years ago now and only with M3's rather than CSL's, but always found them good.

If someone was really bored they could make a thread specifically listing experience with dealers..... It could go something like-

1)Moderator makes first post which will list the dealers names
2)Forum members post dealers names and their personal experiences (for example- servicing/warranty/sales - good/bad - contact names/prices etc.
3)Moderator cuts and pastes each members specific comments under the name of the dealer in the first post of the thread and deletes the members post.

That way we end up with all the experiences of the register members in one single post.... no need to go searching through a long thread?

It sound's like a good idea but it'll need a willing moderator and the input of the register members to work?
