Default 18" or 19" for track?

What size do people run on track? Considering 18" Mich Cups.

18" better for lots of track use , as the tyres are cheaper if your talking slicks etc ...

They dont do cups in 18 , so only 19 , depends how many track days your thinking of doing , and how serious about going full slick or cups really ... cups are great , but expensive if you do lots
