Bollox, bollox, bollox..

My daughters first communion has been set for 25th May! What are the chances of that.. I tried telling the wife that my daughter wouldn't miss me

but you can imagine the response that got!

Is there confirmation of the plan yet as I could hop on a night boat to Hollyhead and treck across to Hull for the ferry on Sunday morning? If the main BMW Munich day is on Monday 27th then I think that's worth the trip alone.

I'm not too sure Niall maybe Shimmy could advise better. However what I will say is there seems to be a chain of though that when we have gone that far we my as well go a bit further and have a little bit of a tour.
A trip from Ireland costs a fair few quid and a lot of people are thinking of spending an extra few days heading for some cracking roads. Provided the trip doesn't clash with anything for me and I make it ok I intend on doing something so maybe some of us could head off elsewhere for a few days ?

Either way dont be too bothered it will all work out ok

Niall, that's a shame with the timing, but as Chris said there'll probably be a few of us heading down to the Italian Alps or somewhere for a day or two afterwards to try and find some snazzy roads to drive on. Defo worth trying to get over on the Sunday

Have you checked out where the nearest church to the Munich factory is btw? Could move the communion down there.

Although not sure how pleased the priest would be when your daughter arrives in an 80 CSL convoy outside the church!

Wouldn't that be something for the her scrapbook, might even get a blessing for the convoy, might not be Papal
