dont fool yourself that a warm up lap is 80% as it should be 98% (as i told Billy). you aren't on slicks

I'd just let the pressures down as they were 45psi after the first session, really didn't feel right for a couple of laps even after this?

Warm up lap done at about 98% getting the tyres up to temperature ASAP.

Like the wise one (Curly) told shimmy and shimmy told me.

The cups are quick to get heat into them. But as hot day knew they would be good from the moment we rinsed it out of the pit lane. I run mine 32psi hot.

So leave house in morning at 29 psi, then by sighting and then 3 laps there usually about right.

That day was hot so was checking pressures and adjusting after each session.

My 888's didn't feel right all day then i split a vacuum hose so it wasn't a great day on track tbh.

The Gayman R was a total disappointment in all areas and a CSL would walk all over one.
