I know than Toyo advice to use a lot of camber and castor... Maybe it don't fit very well with the OEM suspension setup ?!?!?

The Cup tyres are the best you can get thats road legal
of you ask me they offer so much more grip when hot
After all the car was set up with them

Have you has the suspension checked by this i mean tracking any broken rear springs and are the bushes ok ?

I haven't driven the ring on 18's but, the advice you've been given is similar to what I've read on here as improved track setup. So don't think the tyres/setup is holding you back to much.
M track mode is too restricting on track for me also, so don't think there's an issue.
Its more likely one of 3 things.
The alignment of the car is incorrect, this makes a massive difference to feel and confidence the CSL offers.
Or
Your expectations are to high for the Csl, the OEM setup is pretty good, but for proper track driving its too soft, if your comparing it to a more track focused car it might feel a bit loose and big
Or

You need more time to get a feel for the car, even an OEM setup will allow 1.2g in corners combined with 355 bhp engine makes it quite a weapon if driven properly

Yes everything is ok but I m waiting since 9 weeks on a H&R clubsport kit, then I ll add some camber and set the allignement and the weight repartition... Then I ll see if the M-track is less sensitiv

R888 are a great track tyre BUT do not cope with a heavy car as well as Cups. They seem to 'go off' best performance very quick when the car is 1300kg+. Many Porsche GT3 owners find that R888 dont last more than 10 miles on track before getting squirmy!

8:15 laps are doable with all traction still on, and certainly with just m-mode on, and if you are over 55 years old as well !
