Illegal plates aren't an endorsable offence. Fixed fine but no points. I've been done twice for mispacing mine. Pretty pathetic if you ask me. I moved my L closer to 'C5' so it was 'C5L' and my initials, similar to Steve Gills plate when his CSL was road legal.

Silly really as I know at least 2 other cars on here with similarly spaced plates!

But then breaking the breaking the law sadly...

I agree with all U say Alex wholeheartedly except that U don't get any points for doggy plates, just the meaningless £60 fine (beer money for the boys in blue). The RR Sport has indeed become Very Fugly of late it was a far better looking machine when it was first released back in 2005... I was one of the first people to photograph a pre production Supercharged V8 model for promotional use in Bolivia, out of all places. Some of it was shot on the infamous "El Camino de la Muerte" aka the Worlds most dangerous road.

Great pics Matt, I loved your stories of that trip that you told over a beer in the Pistenklause

We had an original '05 RRS - loved that car except it spent most of it's time on a recovery truck Agree that the new ones are bl00dy awful

THANX Alex... indeed we do The trip was one of these once in a life time types m8 I spent almost a month there and I can say without a doubt, Bolivia is an amazing country with mouth dropping scenery and the worlds most generous people who'll give U half of the very little that they have themselves.
Pic below of my RR Sport Photo shoot crew... and before U think we had snow in Bolivia it's actually salt @ Solar de Uni, one of the largest Salt Flats in the world.

Correct! I've had a couple of cars where I've not ran a front number plate at all as I knew the fine was only £30 max! Easier to keep one in the boot and say it fell off on the day!

Stunning pics as well Matt!

Yeah THANX Rich... that was a good laugh
The early ones were quite unreliable, blowing up their diffs and gearboxes Strangely though , despite all that, I still fancy having one
That 55 plate your folks had is quite an early one, considering the pre production Sport I photographed was LHD, US speck but UK registered on a 54 plate
