I gave it an 'Italian tuneup' and all appears to be fine. No funny smells. I was never 100% sure it was my clutch. Out this morning for another fantastic blast and no issues, other my 5 year old lad feeling a bit sick.

Yep think I am wasting my time. Half hoping the just replace as it's under warranty, but think those days have gone.

When the revs drop on the up changes its the clutch bite point not taking up the small gap quick enough.
Fix is Get the clutch bite point redone with the BMW tool Or it is so far gone it needs a new cluch and flywheel The cluch slipping burns the flywheel but you will find the clutch is still within the bmw spec and if this is the case bmw should replace all the parts under warranty ![]() |
