I suppose the BMW equivalent is the E30 M3 Sport Evo from 1990, 964RS was around the same price. BMW's a third of the price, or less.

6GT3 & RS and the E46 CSL

993RS and the E36 M3

1973 911RS & the E9 CSL

And to think the E9 CSL was more expensive when new. It has to be one of the most undervalued homologation specials by comparison to the '73 RS..

Pretty much a factor of 5+ for an equivalent BMW.

One is undervalued, one overvalued.

How many 964RS in RHD did they actually make?

I haven't fully read into it, but I take it the one which sold for £220k was stupidly low mileage and was never driven?

I nearly bought a low miler white (teens k) one about 10 years ago for about £22K but was warned off it as it apparently had a mild paint story associated with it from a track day. Wonder how much that is worth now.

x5 at least, but of course you put all that money into Apple shares that have gone by 20 times since then, down from 30.
