235 35 19 fronts
265 30 19 rears The tyre size on yours is standard m3 set up Most go for bbk straightaway. Try pagid rs pads, braided hoses, uprated fluid and pf 2 piece discs if staying standard calipers. This will be fine for ring and small session track use. If you stay out for long stints you might then highlight the weakness then go to bbk and wish you saved your money. Hiya Dave, I'm running the same size 255 rears as you on CSL wheels with no issues. However, I'm planning to put 235/265 Michelin SuperSports on after the winter as I've heard great things about them

Hi Dave, welcome, I ran that set up for a while as I had a spare set of tyres from my old M3, no problems at all, enjoy

Welcome to the Forum Dave and the fabulous world of CSL ownership.
Some do go BBK straight away, mostly AP's or Alcons but as Lawsy said about, if only doing the odd track day and occasional run to the Ring, you'll get away with uprated fluid, pads and hoses without even doing the discs initially. Good luck with her, which one did you buy? |
