Despite rumours to the contrary, the Cesil can do the high-speed grand touring luxo-barge thing very well too

Hi,

If you do the Maths then based
on 7000 rpm in 6th which
would be very hard to achieve,
std Diff Ratio 3.64 and o/a diam
of wheel tyre say 614mm [265 35 19]
then if your doing over 170 mph your
defying science.

I've seen 178mph on GPS in a friends CSL, think it may have gone faster but our junction came up a bit quicker than expected

164mph on the limiter in mine on brand new tyres, must get that limiter removed

7000rpm in 6th (0.83) on standard final drive 3.64 and 265/30 x 19 tyres = 174mph true speed and would be 181mph with the 35 profile tyre (so no science defiance

).
