just discovered the absolutely ridiculous news that a couple have sued the owners of croft and been awarded £150,000.00 and croft to pay £700,000.00 in damages/costs due to noise levels of the track days. This could be the end of Croft if the appeal is actually upheld and will also open the floodgates for other people who live next to tracks to put claims in.

i cant believe the a person can buy a house next to a racing circuit and then put a claim in for the noise disturbance that they have suffered when they had the choice of buying a house "not next to a circuit" here is a link to the paper:
