Limp Home Mode...Help !

Guys

Stuck 200 miles from home at folks place, this just started when I was out in the car this morning (actually overtaking a car which was fun

).

Pulled over stopped, restarted and OK...then it repeated once more and has now stopped again and have driven c.10 miles without problem...

Assume best advice to drive at low revs / sensible speed / soft acceleration...and get it booked in - anything else ?
