What's the world total production number of the M3 CSL ?

As per above title, I was just wondering how many BMW E46 M3 CSL were produced, world wide? We all know that there were 422 RHD CSLs produced for the UK market, in the Six months of production between July and December 2003. We also know that the Americans didn't get any

, but how many LHD CSL were made world wide ? and were there any other RHD CSLs produced (outside of the 422 RHD UK cars) specifically for Australian, New Zealand, South Africa, Hong Kong, etc markets or are these all ex UK Imported cars ? I know that most, if not all CSLs in Japan are European LHD Imports (by Japanese preference to originality of LHD German design + COOL status

) despite Japan being RHD country. Does anyone know exact numbers ?
