Calling people who have bought AUC

Could anyone who has bought an AUC check if their mobility pack in the boot is in date?

Mine had not been used until yesterday when I got a puncture but when the guy took the tyre off the rim before there was nothing in the tyre. When I went back and checked the date on the mobility pack it was out of date in 2007!!!!!!!! Surely BMW should of replaced this before I bought the car in 2008!!!
