CSL blues

Am I just unlucky or what ?

I've had the CSL for about 400 miles now...........

When I took delivery, the rear light cluster had condensation in it and the offside rear tyre had a slow puncture......

These were rectified at my local Wilmslow BMW dealership and the original dealer underwrote these costs.

It goes in again because the offside Xenon light was failing to ignite and when it did it flickered like mad. So - it needed a new Xenon light control unit (warranty item) and at the same time a new front bonnet badge as the last one was loose.....

Anyway, I digress, annoying as these minor things are they have been successfully rectified to no cost to me. When I pick up the car today, the technician tells me that he thinks the clutch is slipping

I've noticed a little slurring on up changes, but nothing I noticed as clutch slip :dontknow: Its booked in for a week on wednesday for them to drop the gearbox and inspect the clutch. I've been told that if its been shown to have been 'abused' (eg due to multiple race launches), then it won't be covered by the warranty.... The car has done 18500 miles !

I have spoke to the selling dealer who have, so far said they won't walk away from me on this. I have made it clear that I will reject the car if this is not resolved.

Just to cap this off, my wife tells me today she hates the car :wall :wall Its too uncomfortable, too noisey, too aggressive, suspension is too hard and its too chavy.

God I'm hacked off......... I just want to get out there and enjoy the bloody thing
