I left the BMW network after 15 years for this reason, I remember there patter years ago telling us all they wanted to be in the same league as Rolex, M&S, John Lewis and Rolls Royce for customer service, they have clearly forgotten about these days !!!! It was bad when I got out in 2005 now you will get better service in a Ford main dealer.

Very sad state of affairs, I never thought I would say it , but seriously starting to think about test driving a AMG merc's now.
