Am renting a garage in preparation for my imminent acquisition

but saw the garage yesterday and there's a bit of a slope to the road. Am a bit concerned that i right have to come up with some creative ways of avoiding any possible bumper scraping...

Anyone have any issues with speed bumps? I'm talking the badass concrete island types as there are a lot of these in my neck of the woods in London.
