Deano new CSL question thread

Thought i would start a new post relating to my new purchase.
Still smiling from the drive back home, even if the weather was shite.

I am now going through the wad of paperwork that came with the car.

First 2 questions:

I have the original Specification enquiry and note in addition to green shade windscreen I have:

Removal of top speed limiter (231)
and
Cop Relative (1CA) - what does this refer to?
