Clicking from rear of car - CV Joint?

I've noticed a clicking noise over the last few hundred miles coming from the right rear of the car that I hadn't noticed before. Rear top mounts, rear ARB bushes and rear droplinks done recently so I was fairly certain that they wouldn't be the cause.

What I did notice was that the noise is perfectly timed to revolutions of the wheel.

When I jacked the car up I could tell it was coming from the CV joint area (end closest to the wheel), with two clicks for every rotation of the wheel.

Ideas?

I suspect CV joint but it does seem a bit early. Car has ~55k but almost entirely motorway so I'd be surprised if that was it.
