Book a Track won't REFUND!

Not happy

Booked a day with Book a Track July 2nd at Donny & had to cancel due to work commitments & understood that I would loose a 20% admin fee but... they have said because I was a couple of hours late sending them an email to cancel (within 7days) I will loose the whole £320 or have a credit note...!

1) I think 20% is enough to loose considering they have places still available so havent turned anyone away & really how much admin have they done!

2) Im doing Donny 31/8 and expect that's it for 2012 so I would have to wait till summer next year to use this £320 & after this I would use them again!

Their response was - 'if you dont want the credit not which is a good will gesture then we will keep the full amount'

Should have listened to the guy's that warned me of 'Book a Twat'
