Anyone know what this key is for?
These two keys were attached to my key ring and spare key for my CSL. I know that the plastic one is for emergencies to enable it to be posted to you if you lose your main key or lock yourself out of the car. I assume that you can drive using it - anyone confirm this?
Does anyone know if the metal one serves any purpose or did the seller just attach it in error ie it belongs to another BMW car completely. I only query it now as I have mislaid my original key and am using the spare  Pip |
