Getting back in a CSL on a budget

New house purchase looms but I have secured permission from the misses to spend 20k on a car. Not a penny more!

I was thinking 996 C4s for the winter and see how next year goes.

Is it possible to get in a clean CSL for 20k? Im thinking if its ever going to happen, its this time of year and probably this year due to them being very stable or rising in price over the last few years.
