As their is not enough room in my garage over the last 2 years with the CSL there, this has been standing unused. Also it is not possible i have realised for me to punch any harder than i already do! and have always got the wife if i feel the need to smack something

So please someone buy this punch bag off me. It is a 48 inch leather bag, to be hung from the ceiling. Sale includes;

1. 48 inch leather bag

3. ceiling heavy duty hook
4. 1 pair mits

Good idea Shane, get the guys to vent off work frustrations on instead of knocking eachother out. That's much better for productivity. Think I'll get the same for my workshop.
