Snoring....help!

I often snore like a fooker....causing proper grief between me and missus. Trying to reduce boozing significantly and looking to drop some weight (salads only for last 3 weeks!)...no wisecracks please

Any tips welcome

Tried the sprays which sometime work, sometimes don't .....

Genuine ideas only please boys & girls

Wife threeatened to chuck me out so went to sleep clinic/dental clinic who made 2 piece mouthguard where the bottom jaw is pulled slightly forward which stops the vibration in the flap in the back of the throat(which is what causing the noise) I hate wearing them but my wife loves me again as I have shut up!!!

My mate uses those nasil strips that go on your nose,you see sportsman with them on sometimes,its stopped him from snoring.

Yeah - tried these before matey. Put one on nose at night (they are almost welded on). Next morning, we woke up and it was stuck fast to the inside of missus arm
