I think 'in car' Dave's old engine was around 440bhp IIRC? A full Roller Bearing T4 would easily be on par with a normal T38 I reckon and would pull much harder than a T38 Speak to Harvey (Gibbs) at SCS about an Ahmed beam, they arn't too bad a price...

Might look into a modern T4 if they are less laggy.
The torque curve on the engine should be interesting coupled to the 2WD set up |

Small update,
Had a few hrs spare today so got cracking on a couple of jobs. Fitted my Black wing Grills to the CSL then decided to do some work on the 3 door engine. Broke out the WRC Gasket and fitted that along with the head. Then spent a bit of time and installed the Manifold Studs along with the Manifold and Turbo. Slowly getting there |
