Finally managed to get a pic of them, there not as clean as Andys but there definately better than they were lol.

Thanks mate, i used Autosol, for the outside i just used a cloth, took a while but in the end it seemed to get rid of most of it, for the inside i bought some Halfords detailing brushes that got the dirt off quite well.
