Current SG's
I've been looking at SG Csl's for some time now. It seems to me that if any that become available they either sell nearly the same day or the buyer reflects and withdraws it from sale.
If I'm right then why has the one NJ got advertised still hanging around? Are there some cars that you guys know about that nobody would rightly touch? And the SB at Alex Antons whilst I'm at it? The BMW approved SG is still there I'm assuming is because its relatively expensive at £36? Sorry a bit question heavy. Any opinions / insider info appreciated. |

Shimmy has probably more info on cars than any other member. Sorry I haven't got a clue. I'm sure someone will pipe up with useful information

I think the lack of cars for sale will make the current 'long term' ones for sale more and more attractive.
If you are buying a car as a keeper, the perceived over the odds purchase cost becomes less of an issue IMHO. Only if you plan to buy to scratch an itch, with a view to moving it on in a year or so, would the raised price be more difficult to swallow. I viewed the NJ and the Anton car. The latter was by far the better example. |

Obvious things to look out for prior to purchase and how to transfer a warranty? |

I would advise you to have it independently inspected prior to purchase, either at BMW Dealership or Reputable and Specialist independent, other than the condition of the bodywork and interior, nothing is obvious.
Warranty transfer isn't a problem just send them a email immediately you purchase and that's it, you should receive a revised policy in your name within a couple of days.
