Trouble is reliability doesn't come through luck......it takes raw cash, planning and support team.

Everything was mint, brand new oil pump from burton's because we thought it worth changing when rebuilding the engine, and pop it just melted

I have to say Shim the Mazda teams looked pro, but I think I was just unlucky with a duff pump

Thanks Gareth, it's had oil pressure issues since day one, the oil pump just melted with the crank speed, not sure if I just got a duff pump, it has happened to others...

Jim, it's pinned! I had one moment trying to take two cars,they were on the Tarmac ,I went wide on the grass..... Foot well and truly planted, it didn't half bite when I got back on track
