Do Elms charge anything for loan cars ? My local dealer charged a daily rate for insurance last time I had one.

Not when its warranty work,dont know about services and when your paying for work.

Warranty should be free, BMW pay, otherwise normally insurance costs only, but most insurers will cover you for a few weeks with loan car
