Seems to me that they have painters who drink the paint and pi$$ it out onto the car, and applied the finishing touch with a sponge!

Very Nice car, a bit Lardy compared to the CSL but they don't hang around....

I also had big issues with orange peel on my 335i Msport Touring. It's Le Mans Blue and like you say, the paint is rediculously bad in places. I gave up complaining after a 6 months.
I've been spending the last week or so considering a change to an M3 Saloon but can't find the right deal yet. The other problem is my 335 is only 10 months old and I'm having great trouble convincing my better half why the change is so vital! I'm also waiting for Ant @ Simpson MS to sort out engine up-grades. Maybe 400+ bhp and torque will make me wait a little longer.
