Bad dealing Raven Performance.com Canada

After reading about Curly`s wows with Shark Performance [I feel your pain]
I feel compelled to advise everyone of another company Raven Performance owned and run by John Dimoff based out of Markham Canada. Worst buying experience Ive had.

Short story, wanted a bolt in harness bar for the CSL no one in Australia makes such an Item without custom fitting. Searched net contacted Raven about thier product back in early May. Given price which after discussion included freight to me in Sydney, told 5 weeks to deliver. Deal done, all good until now.Then the s#$% starts.
4 weeks after order placed still no bar. Numerous emails, loosing patients. 10 weeks later after more phone calls and emails, missed track days still waiting. Starting to really loose patents by this point. Going on 12 weeks getting F#&*(#% pissed by this stage.
Item finally lands in Sydney for pickup a week later. Freight company calls me to advise additional freight charges of $500 are applicable. Rang John not much help, freight forwarder advises I either pay or item is destroyed. After already investing too much time and money I have no choice but to bend over for another serve....
I get bar home check invoice attached to discover Raven have charged me $110 provincial tax which on exports should not have been charged. Ring and email John all details twice of additional charges told me his on it and will get back to me. That is now going on 4 weeks and more empty promises to address the issue.
Written it off to bad experience.
