£28K? £31,990 at current exchange rate, it's still cheap for a 40K car, Hexagon would be asking £40K!
However the Colour ? it says Swartz metallic, yet the engine pic looks like the inner wings are Grey, all may not be what it seems! Is it another 'merry-go-round' car?

Was more the point I was actually making - buyer beware! Particularly when it comes to Euro CSL's.
