I raced mx5s with Shimmy Racing last year and I can guarantee that there is no closer or fun race series available and the fact that it is relatively cheap is a bonus. 58 cars on the grid at Silverstone....

depends what you call cheap Terry. I didn't think I would spend half as much as I have and there's something that needs repairing after every meet in the XR Challenge which just adds to the long bill

52 max, actually was 49 only but still queuing down to the COmplex

I did indeed pass my ARDS the other week-end at Bedford, medical next Monday , and then apply for Race Licence

I fancy a go at a shared car, team, endurance type gig first, possibly Paris - Dakar to start off with !
