Standard brake improvements
Is it possible to get rid of the juddery rough feel on standard disc / pads without going bling bling like you ponces...

Yep... start by replacing the cheesy OEM pads with PAGIDs or Performance Friction pads then add braided SS brake lines and better brake fluid with higher boiling point

As Matt says throw a set of harder compound pads in, the standard pads leave deposits on the discs which then are not removed due to pad being too soft.
A harder compound pad should clear them up. Or drive with not much breaking then brake really hard from 100mph, this can clean them up too. |

+1. Doing a trackday in my previous M3 cured the brake judder it was suffering beforehand.
