CSL 911K on PH
New arrival on PH an 04, SG, reading 22K with 4 previous owners priced at £35,995
but as with most low mileage examples it's the Service History (dates and what service was undertaken that's the important factor). http://www.pistonheads.com/classifie...m3-csl/1069887

As with most things, it's worth what a buyer will pay for it, agreed it does seem steep but looks a lovely car.

The price is comparable to what NJ has on offer down on the farm. Interesting plate also for the money (800/1K?)
Prices are steadily creeping up, this car 6 months ago would have been around the £29.5/32K reading 22K miles. Like Tom's which Hexagon went on to retail at £40K. We are victims of our own success - Hurray

Well, asking prices are going up, but for the moment I think there's a bit of a disconnect between those prices and what people are willing to pay. As ever, a car is only worth what someone is willing to pay.
Over the last 2-3 months, there's been a steady flow of potential buyers registering their interest here, but it seems that only a few have been able to go on and buy cars. That's not just down to buyers expecting to buy a car for too little cash, but presumably also because some cars are not in the condition as advertised. I'll happily see prices increase ( ) but there's still some middle ground to be achieved in the market. |

Middle ground covered, new at NJ's Abingdon Emporium:
http://www.pistonheads.com/classifie...csl-54/1072306 This car is now Sold, as tends to happen when cash buyer meets affordable CSL with the right boxes ticked. I think it lasted 3 Days on PH..!
